Photo Album June 2007 - Our new condo at the Palacio is exactly what we were looking for, Paradise. After much time spent searching, looking at different areas, we found the peaceful low density area we wanted. The condo has incredible views, open floor plan, plenty of room, and is right on the beach.
August 2007 - While on our vacation in August we replaced the Living Room entertainment system to improve the enjoyment because the viewing angle was so steep (cabinet very tall). The new entertainment center (no large cabinet) opened up the floor plan and views from kitchen, dining room, and the balcony. The new system features 46" Samsung LCD TV, Harmon Kardon Receiver, Polk Audio Speakers (not small cubes), Sony VCR, Toshiba DVD, Terk amplified AM/FM antenna, wireless/wired Internet (password protected for only our guests).
January 2008 - We upgraded each bedroom from a small television with either built in DVD and or VCR Player to 40" Samsung LCD TVs with HD/Digital cable and Samsung VCR/DVD player. This allowed us to remove the large entertainment cabinet in the Master Bedroom. The pictures say it all.
April 2008 - During April we changed the Living Room furniture for a more cozy feel while providing more seating options. We of course enjoyed the warm weather of the Gulf this time of year, relaxing on the beach and playing in the warm water.
* All furniture, electronics, linens, etc. that were replaced have been donated to charities including Goodwill, Salvation Army, and Water Front Mission. We don't throw away anything that is working and in presentable condition that could be used by someone else, hence we donate. To throw away would be wasteful and not appreciative of what we have.
